If the purchased product is damaged, MADEINGIFT.COM will send a new product or a refund. The day you receive the order, you must send a photo of the damaged product to the email address.
Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use or manipulation, use of force or materials subject to natural wear and tear are not included.
Because of the customised nature of the products, and following article 45 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade (Spanish law), there is NO right for returns in the case of manufactured goods when delivered in perfect conditions according to customer specifications.
The customer who has made purchases via the Internet has a 14 working days deadline to retract and return an article that would not meet his expectations upon delivery given the foregoing (Article L. 121-16 et seq. Of the Consumer Code). The formalities for the return of a non-personalised product shall be laid down in the general conditions of sale established by the supplier, which may thus provide that these redirection costs will be borne by the buyer.
