GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (last updated: 24 February 2022)

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and make sure that you understand them before using our website. When you use Made in Gift, you unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement, you shall not access the website or use any services. (“Made in Gift” or “We” or “Us” or “our”) reserves the right to change the Terms without any notice at any time. Prices and Terms are merely indicative and are subject to change according to market fluctuations.


You can choose among several shipping options, whose delivery charges and times may vary according to the courier service you choose. Thereby, Made in Gift cannot guarantee 100% timescales as the package is sent by a third party.

You must check the conformity and completeness of the package within 72 hours after receiving the package. Once the 72 hours have expired, you will be deemed to have accepted the products as they are, and any complaint about a faulty or failed delivery will no longer be taken into consideration.

In the event of a defective, incorrect or incomplete product, any complaint must be addressed to our Customer Service. If we reproduce an order for you, we will send it to you as soon as possible.

We will deliver the package to the address in which you have provided as a delivery address during the check-out process. The package shall be deemed to have been successfully received when you accept to collect the goods.

Please make sure all details you have given in the delivery address are correct (recipient’s full name, address, postcodes, phone numbers.)

Shipping costs are calculated according to the place and date of the delivery as well as the type of shipping option you have chosen. Our delivery charges are as set out during the check-out process before you pay your order.

You may add a Souvenir Card to send a message along with the items bought. We add this Card with the best intentions, for free. Therefore, it is a product with no commercial value and will not be subject to any claim in the event of any damage or loss.


In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement without the need to justify such a decision and without penalty of any kind within fourteen (14) days following the collection of the goods. To exercise your right, you must notify us by mail and return all of the bought items. Once we receive the items, we will refund the costs of the products by the method you used for payment.

Your right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

- Any item made to your specific requirements, i.e. personalised;

- Any item which may deteriorate, perish, expire quickly;

- Any item that may have been unsealed after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.

Please note that:

- The items must be returned in the original condition and packaging with any security seals intact. Made in Gift reserves the right to decline the return of the package.

- The return shipment is at your expense, and you must use the same protective box in which you received your products. If it is not available, you must return them in similar protective packaging so that it arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.


Any time must be returned in its original package, in perfect conditions and well protected without any sticker, seal or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. If not, Made in Gift reserves the right to decline the refund of your order.

When we accept your request for a refund, we will send the necessary information for the return of the products. You must send the products without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen natural days following the communication of your decision to withdraw.

The transport costs arising from the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose the agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates. You can also come to our facilities to drop off the product.

Once we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition, we will process the refund. We will refund the payment received, including delivery costs, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer.

Personalised products are manufactured with the image and/or text you send us in the same position, quality, resolution and measurements. Please make sure that the image or text sent when placing the order has the appropriate requirements for correct production. If you have any doubts or questions regarding customisation minimum requirements, you can contact us through our available communication channels.

Made in Gift is not liable for any difference in colour or resolution between the original image and the supplied product due to the faulty quality of the original file. Claims for aesthetic reasons are not subject to refund and will not be considered.

Made in Gift reserves the right to refuse a refund in the event of a defect in the returned product.


You can cancel your order if we have not shipped it yet. Otherwise, the cancellation request will be treated as a right of withdrawal, and the conditions stipulated in the alleged article will apply.

No cancellation will be accepted for any product custom-made or personalised to the Customer's requirements if it has already been manufactured, even if it has not yet been sent.


We will not be liable or responsible for the failure or delay in performance of any of our obligations that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control or Force Majeure Event (weather conditions, strikes, labour disputes, civil riots, acts of war, acts of terrorism or any other similar circumstances…)


All content of Made in Gift (text, photos, logos, designs, buttons, files, web code, etc.) are protected by the laws of intellectual and industrial property. Any other use of materials without Made in Gift’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to changing, publishing, renting, licensing, selling or distributing.


You are liable for the content of the images you submit for the production of personalised gifts. Therefore, you guarantee that you have all the rights to the image uploaded when placing your order. You likewise undertake not to upload any photo that may be harmful or detrimental to the persons and/or objects appearing in them.


Under the current legislation, you have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against faulty products from the moment you purchase the item. In order to be able to exercise the product guarantee, you must have proof of purchase indicating that the product was bought in the establishment and the date of purchase. In the case of Made in Gift, the confirmation e-mail is proof of purchase.

The guarantee does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product and/or handling of the product other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In this case, the consumer is responsible for repairing the product.

The following are, therefore, excluded from the guarantee:

- Defects and damage caused by external factors, accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the Made in Gift's instructions;

- Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by Made in Gift, as well as products that are subject to a specific support contract.

REGULATION (EU) No 524/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC). Art. 14.1: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform which is available at the following link: Defects caused by negligence, shock, improper use or manipulation, use of force or materials subject to natural wear and tear are not included.
Because of the customised nature of the products, and following article 45 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade (Spanish law), there is NO right for returns in the case of manufactured goods when delivered in perfect conditions according to customer specifications. The customer who has made purchases via the Internet has a 14 working days deadline to retract and return an article that would not meet his expectations upon delivery given the foregoing (Article L. 121-16 et seq. Of the Consumer Code). The formalities for the return of a non-personalised product shall be laid down in the general conditions of sale established by the supplier, which may thus provide that these redirection costs will be borne by the buyer.
