Prices and taxes:

All prices listed in madeingift.com include VAT (Value Added Tax), according to applicable cases.
All item prices and promotions collected on the website of REGALO ORIGINAL GLOBAL S.L. are expressed in EUROS including applicable taxes.
Returns and refunds:
The customer has a period of seven working days from receiving the order to make any return, complaint or exchange.
Regalo Original Global S.L. ensures the quality of its products for a period of two years from the date of delivery based on the legally established terms.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, shocks, misuse or tampering, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use are not included.
If the purchased product is damaged, REGALO ORIGINAL GLOBAL S.L. will refund costs or send a new product. To make the process even more effective, it is necessary that you send a photo of the damaged product to our email address as soon as you receive the order.
If for any reason other than the above you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within the established period, with prior notification, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You must send the product back to us so that we can proceed to reimburse the amount in your account. The cost of transport in this case will be assumed by the customer.
If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel it and we will refund the full amount free of charge.
