Want a fun fact? Manolitos were born by mistake! The creators of this famous croissant were preparing the recipe when one of the ingredients got out of hand. That little oversight brought this addictive variety of butter croissant into the world. It was so popular that other siblings were quickly born, such as the chocolate variety or the one filled with custard.
